Report Loading error for 5-6 hours

Hello,

 

On last Friday, some of the users report that they have faced an error while loading the report. I'm attaching screebshots.

 

After 5-6 hours the issues seemed to be fixed automatically. Can you please help us to find the root cause of the issue?i2.pngi1.png

It was a outage in North Europe: I received the following information last Saturday: 

 

Short Summary:

Customers may have experienced intermittent issues performing certain actions in the Power BI Service in the North Europe region 12/7/18 from 19:26 UTC to 21:15 UTC.  The root cause was slowness on one of the backend components responsible for processing customer requests.  Engineers are working to implement improvements to prevent this issue from happening again.  Microsoft apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused our customers.

 

The issue was fixed at  Fri Dec 07 2018 13:13:12 GMT-0800 (Pacific Standard Time).
