I have been attempting to impliment a scheduled refresh on two separate data sets using an OData link to update the data.
I have the refreshes scheduled each hour through out the day and have been unsuccessful to get them to complete. One of the two data sets worked for months but now will not refresh. The second is a new data set that I am also unable to have the scheduled refresh properly run.
In both cases I receive failure notifications (email) as follows:
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.
The operation was throttled by Power BI Premium because there were too many datasets being processed concurrently. Please try again later.

As I mentione dthis has been happening ofr some time. The existing data set stopped refreshing about 4 weeks ago and I have attemped to re-establish the refresh for weeks with no success. Where do I begin to look for a solution. I have looked through the communtiy pages and not found a solution.
