Refresh failure due to internal service error

I have been attempting to impliment a scheduled refresh on two separate data sets using an OData link to update the data.

I have the refreshes scheduled each hour through out the day and have been unsuccessful to get them to complete. One of the two data sets worked for months but now will not refresh. The second is a new data set that I am also unable to have the scheduled refresh properly run.

In both cases I receive failure notifications (email) as follows:

Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

The operation was throttled by Power BI Premium because there were too many datasets being processed concurrently. Please try again later.

As I mentione dthis has been happening ofr some time. The existing data set stopped refreshing about 4 weeks ago and I have attemped to re-establish the refresh for weeks with no success. Where do I begin to look for a solution. I have looked through the communtiy pages and not found a solution.

@Anonymous

Take a look at Troubleshoot refresh scenarios and keep an eye on the Awareness.

I am aware of both the "troubleshhoting" page and the awareness page, neither of which are helpful to resolving my issue with the refresh (that I have found).

This does not help me resolve the issue and get my reports updated. I find it strange that the rpeort was working for moonths without fail then in early october they started getting there failures. I have the only access to modify the reports andor links and until they failed I had not needed to access them.

Thank you v-chuncz-msft for the information.
