Refresh failed: Unable to connect to the undefined data source.

XXXXXXX has failed to refresh. Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.      "Unable to connect to the undefined data source."

 

From weeks ago to yesterday all run ok. Yesterday one report update failed, after trying to update several times manually, finally updated in the afternoon and today is OK.  But today i have 2 reports differents with same error, scheduled update failed. Im trying to update manullay, but error continue.  We have 4 reports scheduled to update all nights, 2 failed and 2 ok. These reports connect to same BD, in a server in azure, BD is ok in this moment.  

While I have been writing this post, one of the reports after launching it again by hand has updated ok.. i dont understand...

Edit: in this moment, my gateway dont work..   "The undefined data source has timed out and the data import has not completed. Recheck that the data source can process import queries and if so, try again."

Edit 2: if i try to add a new gateway config in powerbi.com, assistant is loading but never load...

Status: Investigating

Please check that:

  1. Connect to the data source in Power BI Desktop, check it whether it could be loaded and refreshed successfully
  2. Check that you gateway works all fine
  3. Remove this data source from gateway settings in Power BI Service, add a new data source for it. For about 'assistant is loading but never load' when configuring gateway in Power BI Service, you can consider sharing some screenshots about it.

Please check that:

  1. Connect to the data source in Power BI Desktop, check it whether it could be loaded and refreshed successfully
  2. Check that you gateway works all fine
  3. Remove this data source from gateway settings in Power BI Service, add a new data source for it. For about 'assistant is loading but never load' when configuring gateway in Power BI Service, you can consider sharing some screenshots about it.
