Refresh failed: Delivery Dashboard has failed to refresh

Hi Support,

I have several Power BI reports all named "Delivery Dashboard" that are published under different workspaces. Each is scheduled for auto refresh at 1am.

This morning I received an error but I have no idea which was failed. Would be helpful if it included the workspace name or some way to tell.

The field 'xxx' already exists in the record.

Next refresh for Delivery Dashboard is scheduled for 01/11/2017 01:00:00.

Does this issue happen every day? What is the data source of them? I just tried to publish three reports with same name “Delivery Dashboard” to three different workspaces. And then schedule refresh for them at 3pm. I find that all of them refresh successfully after 3pm.

Sorry maybe my question was unclear, let me try again.

My Setup:

-- My Workspace

Group Workspaces (from Office 365 Groups)

-- Workspace A

---- Report: Delivery Dashboard

---- Datasource: Delivery Dashboard (Set to refresh each morning at 1am)

-- Workspace B

---- Report: Delivery Dashboard

---- Datasource: Delivery Dashboard (Set to refresh each morning at 1am)

-- Workspace C

---- Report: Delivery Dashboard

---- Datasource: Delivery Dashboard (Set to refresh each morning at 1am)

-- Workspace n ....

Question:

Based on my setup above which has been working every day perfectly. Using only the email from Microsoft about a failure, how can I tell which of the "Delivery Dashboard" datasources above failed? In my case I have 15ish Workspaces all with this name of Report and Datasource which I did on purpose.

Note: I just happend to need to do something else yesterday and in the process figured out which was broken and was able to fix. This morning refresh worked prefect again.

So the main issue is the email that comes in when error doesn't have enough information to help me know what broke and where.
