Refresh doesn't work anymore on the web version power Bi PRO

Hi,

 

Since a couple of weeks i have a strange thind. My automatic refresh shuts off without a sign, if i trigger it manually it doesn't refresh i get a error.

If i refresh it with my desktop version it works fine.

 

Any suggestions ?

What's your error screenshot? Can you show me more information, like error message or complete screenshot?

Hi Selina,

The application is a refresh thru a webconnector (Inventive) with teamleader.

Below the error screenshot.

This is strange because i changed the code to last up to 4hours to refresh for all datatables.

After this an even more strange thing. since shortly the automic refresh shuts off by itself.

I've also had a meeting with the guy of the Web-Connector and he says it's Power BI that creats the error.

Is it because i'm still on a PRO account.

That seems strange because since shortly the refresh worked sometimes (not all the times). But now it doesn't work at all anymore an shuts the automatic refresh off.
