Refresh a dataset via Power Automate

Hello,

I have been using a Power Automate Flow to daily refresh a Power BI dataset, export the power BI report on this dataset to PDF and save the file. It takes usually 1 minute and 10 seconds. But since December 5th 2022, the flow takes 38 seconds, because the export doesn't wait anymore for the dataset refresh to end. So the PDF contains previous day data. 

I've created a workaround by adding a minute pause between refresh and export, but I wish it worked without any workaround. 

I saw there was a new version of Power automate, has something have been changed that could explain the occurence of the problem?

But the problem cannot be a new feature, can it ? 😕  Just trying to help understanding why it stopped working.
