Refresh Failed

Hi,

I have a dataset that continuously through the following error:

Something went wrong
There was an error when processing the data in the dataset.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.
Message: Unable to connect to the remote server Table: Audience_Prog.
Cluster URI: WABI-NORTH-EUROPE-redirect.analysis.windows.net
Activity ID: 56ac2fe5-052e-4075-a50d-abfe5916bc27
Request ID: f25af974-fdb2-b79e-d2d8-308dadece27a
Time: 2020-02-16 10:35:25Z

I can't figure out the solution since when I refresh the data in power BI desktop everything is ok. This error is only thrown in power bi service. 

Any idea of what could be the problem?

Hi @RMM2C,

Please go to Dataset Settings, check if the gateway connection (if required) and data sources credentials are fine. Then refresh manually in Power BI service, check if the same issue occurs.

Getaway is not need it since all data is cloud. No errors are thrown by credentials. 

After manually refreshing I got this again:
