Reflex Refresh is not loading complete dataset

I have a Power BI Reflex to send an later when the number of records counter increases and backend database table will always adds records when applicable but never deletes any records.  But the Reflex data preidically shows the number less than actual count causing the invalid alerts.  How can we debug this issue and can we control the refresh rates ?

What are you setting the reflex to detect? Is it the total number of records in the backend database or is it to detect if new content is coming in?
