Recommended Apps Not Working and Not Relevant

Recommended internal apps displayed for users clicks open to a blank page. External apps are not relevant to users. I'd like the ability to turn off recommended apps or at least control how/to whom they're recommended.

To my knowledge, it couldn't achieve that turn off recommended apps or control which should be recommended in power bi service home page for now.

The actual issue, though, is that internal apps aren't opening through Recommended apps. It's just opening to a blank screen.

I have tested on my side, it wroks well.

This recommended apps are so which are listed in power bi apps and sorted alphabetically.

you said "It's just opening to a blank screen.", if you open it in power bi apps, does it work well?

Thanks Lin, they do work through the regular app navigation, frequently visited, etc. Here's what the screen looks like when clicking into an app through Recommended Apps:

I have tseted it again, but couldn't reproduce this issue.

Try to clear browser cache and try it again.

if still have the problem, you may also create a support ticket for further help.

After hearing back from Microsoft, this is a known bug and is looking to be fixed in first quarter 2021.
