There are millions of examples and tutorials on how to create a financial reports in Power BI but almost nothing for tracking events with multiple milestone dates. You know, like milestones reached during a global pandemic and maybe grouped by country. The third part visuals are almost useless as most only track 2 dates and then track those dates as an event as opposed to milestones. And those that can handle multiple dates cannot display them as date markers (milestones). Microsoft is so hyper-focused on a specific market segment that it is completely ignoring other key and vital industries. Sort of like how Windows 8 targeted the 10% of mobile users but left e 90% of desktop users in a cluttered mess. There are many other tools out there (Tableau, Fusion Charts) that can do these in a heartbeat but MS fails to grasp the need for these.
