R visual is not working in online service

Hello! I've written the code to visualize a wordcloud using R language, I have installed all the pacages that are required. So, it works in desktop version: 

However, I get this when publishing to the PBI service workspace:

Is this the first time this has happened? Were you able to use R packages in Power BI Service normally before ?
