QueryUserErrorYou have reached the maximum allowable memory allocation for your tier. Consider upgrading to a tier with more available memory.  How do I alleviate this issue?  Now folks are having difficulty getting any Reports to load

I think you can consider purchase Premium capacity or the PPU license if it’s too expensive for you to get it and assign it to your workspaces:
