Publishing issues

I am updating my report and publishing it to the web service and I get a success message for publishing however in the web service the dataset is not updated and get the below error

This happened before and I had to change the dataset name but here I can't as it's in embedded workspace and the report is published in SF if I change it I have to change report ID.

I cannot reproduce the issue. Try upgrading relevant software and create a support ticket for assistance if necessary.
