Publishing/Uploading doesn't work, dataset issue?

Made some changes to a report/dataset and when trying to publish encountered an error that won't go away.

First when publishing got this message:

UnabledtoRefresh.JPG

Tried manually refreshing the dataset, but hothing would happen.  However I have scheduled refreshes 4 times a day, and those do complete successfully.

When I look at the report, none of my changes seem to have been uploaded.  Updated the Power Desktop version and published, and it didn't give me the above message, but I think the dataset is in a corrupted state or something, because none of the changes I made in the PBIX reflect on PowerBI.com.  So went to look and see what's going on with the dataset and see a warning triangle on the dataset that I'm having trouble refreshing the report:

DatasetWarning.JPG

Clicking on the triangle brings this up:

SomethingWentWrong.JPG

I renamed the file to Deal Report - WW - 1 and was able to publish that and it works fine, so something just got funky on the upload and now I can't figure out how to get it working again.  I don't want to just delete it and use the new one, because of all the RLS settings and all the users (100+) have bookmarked the other report, so that would cause some disruption.

Can someone in support look at the above error and see if they can fix it?

Just going over old threads.  I had to create a new instance and stop using the old ones.
