Published reports showing outline on hover

Since yesterday (15th September 2022), objects in published Power BI reports are showing an outline on hover. Does anyone know how to prevent this from happening? I have never experienced it before and it makes the reports look terrible! Please see images:

A Microsoft member posted (Solved: Re: Visual Borders Automatically Show on Hover in ... - Microsoft Power BI Community) that it’s a known issue and the fix for it has stated to be deployed.

Just that it's not only for embedded reports.

The same thing is happing with us. I open a support ticket with Microsoft. We have a Power BI Premium P1.

I noticed this too, and it is quite irritating. I hope this was an accident, and they didn't make this change on purpose.
