Published Slicer not Changing Colors When Selected

When I select a slicer in a report using Power BI Desktop the background color changes to black; however, when I select the slicer on the published report in my browser the color does not change.  This issue only occurs when I change the background of the slicer item to a color other than white.

The same issue is reported before: CRI 37361402. The fix should be available on all PROD around 5/24/2017. Currently the work around is to disable the background color on the slicer items.
