Public link broken

We have a dashboard that is published publicly and used daily. It was working yesterday but not today. No one has made any changes in weeks.

 

The dashboard within the workspace still works ok. I've tried rebuplishing but with no effect. 

 

Any idea what's going on? I've checked other public dashboards and they're fine.

 

This is all that I see at the top of the page:

Hi , @owenv 

If the dashboard still works well in workspace , that means there is nothing wrong with the dashboard itself .You can check the status of public link in Manage embed codes. You can use the status to determine why it doesn't work.

If there is really no way to judge, you can delete the public link and publish to web again .

How do I change the Publish to web tenant setting when the status is 'infringed'?

Hi . @owenv 

You need to find one of these people in your organization and ask them to update the Publish to web tenant settings in the admin portal. Just turn on the Publish to web in Admin portal=>Tenant settings .
