Problems with "System.OutOfMemoryException"

I have tried to start powerBI in its 32bit version but it cannot start and it shows me the error: "System.OutOfMemoryException".

 

I appreciate in advance any possible help.

Please check whether the computer on which you installed Power BI Desktop meets the following conditions .
