Problems with personal gateway

I write because i'm problem with add the users in the personal gateway of Power BI.

Hi @Ketti,

The on-premises Data gateway (personal mode) can be only used by you. You can't add other users. Please use a on-premises Data gateway instead. If you still want to add users in the personal mode gateway, please create an idea here.

thanks for your support. I explained myself bad. 

The problem is when I add the users in-premises data gateway; infact it runs and can't add other users, like the screen down. 

There is a limit with the number of users add?

Was there an error message? How many users now? No limits as I know.

Hi Dale,

there isn't any error message. The problem persist in every gateway that we created. It runs and it doesn's add the users (like the screenshot attached).
