Problem with setting Power BI XMLA Read Write

I am trying to migrate my Azure Analysis models to Power BI Premium. I am getting this weird error.
I have already modified my XMLA to “Read Write”. See the screen below. I wonder if Capacity Administrator is different from Administrator.
Any help?

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

Just to confirm, are you using PPU or Premium license, looking at the screenshot above it seems you are setting it at PPU.
Have you assigned premium capacity to your workspace?

 

Capacity admins, along with Power BI admins and global administrators, can bulk assign workspaces in the premium capacity management section of the admin portal. When you manage a capacity, you see a Workspaces assigned to this capacity section that allows you to assign workspaces.
