Problem with report actualization

Hello,

from the monday we have a problem with the actualization of our reports. We are using the BI personal gateway for the actualization purposes. Everything seems ok, credentials are correct, gateway is online. Until sunday the reports were actualized correctly. But when we try to actualize our reports now we get this error:

We had already tryed to change everything what is on our side, reinstall Personal Gateway, change credentials, reconfigure reports, delete all reports and upload them again, even recreate a workspace. Unfortunately with no success. Can anyone please advice?

I cannot repro the same issue as you. I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
If issue is resolved, you can share the solution here later to help others who have the same problem.
