Problem In Connect to Ziosk Survey Analytics with Power BI

I'm trying to follow the Instructions available at the following link:

When I enter the user and the password I got the following erro:

 

Message: AADSTS50020: User account 'xxxx@xxxxx.onmicrosoft.com' from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/e29064a2-6dfb-4b58-8098-85ef4b0611f5/' does not exist in tenant 'Ziosk' and cannot access the application 'e918c4cb-3bf7-488b-9269-f7a141e4a69a' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
Advanced diagnostics: Disable
If you plan on getting support for an issue, turn this on and try to reproduce the error. This will collect additional information that will help troubleshoot the issue.
 
I get into the Azure active directory and the user has the full access privileges without any restrictions, what can I do to solve this problem?

Hi @MAAbdullah47,

 

Are you able to access the Ziosk directly use the same credential which you used to connect to Ziosk content pack?

Thank you for your replay, Actually, I follow the instructions on the link:

I keep following it, but I got the message link as a result of the poor information provided by MS documentation,   for your question :

 

Are you able to access the Ziosk directly use the same credential which you used to connect to Ziosk content pack?   

 

I didn't register on Ziok so that means I don't have an account on it If this is the problem how I Get sign into Zoik to get credential? Kindly if you have additional information than the (vouge) link on Microsoft please send it to me with much appreciation.

Would you please turn on the Advanced diagnostics as suggested by error in your initial post: 

 

Advanced diagnostics: Disable
If you plan on getting support for an issue, turn this on and try to reproduce the error. This will collect additional information that will help troubleshoot the issue.
 
Then reproduce the issue, share detail information for us.

Ok I did the recommendation it's enabled now with the same error message, pleases look at the attached screenshot:
