Premium license with On-Premise gateway refresh fails

We have a Premium License, with an On-Premise gateway, which has worked flawlessly for months.

 

After updating to the November 3000.0.155.1 release of the Gateway (possibly coincidental), all the refreshes are failing with the error; "The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error". Not very helpful.

 

Going to "Manage Gateways" from the web page, all data sources are reported as being "On line: You're good to go". But we're clearly not.

 

Any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Which data source does the dataset get data from? Which connection mode do you use? 

 

There is a known issue listed on Support site regarding refreshing data from Amazon Redshift or Google Big Query as data sources in Premium capacity.
