PowerBI TypeError: Cannot read property 'sessionId' of undefined

Hi,

Firstly, apologies if this is not the right forum to post. I have been going into different areas of the forum but can only find the button submit an idea - when my intention is to report an issue. Anyway, I got an error message indicating "Cannot read property 'sessionId' of undefined" when running PowerBI. The error comes and goes, while it does not currently appear to affect the usability of the dashboard, I am concerned it might have unwanted effect. Looking at the stack trace error, it gave me some links to bing.com - anyone with similar experience? Thank you.

Did the issue happen in Power BI desktop or service? 

Which steps did you take then the issue occurs? Would you please provide more details so we can understand the issue clearly?

The error came up when the PBI desktop was first opened up. Within the dashboard, there is a map and reading through the log, it seems like it has something to do with Bing map.
