Power Query Editor Formula Bar Cancel not working

When you modify the step formula in Power Query Editor Formula Bar and click Cancel, the effect the same as if you clicked Commit. I.e. it does not actually cancel anything.

Hello - could you confirm what web browser you're using? I can't seem to reproduce the issue with current versions of Edge or Chrome.

Hello, @mattmasson, I am using Power BI Desktop (March 2020).

 

Your GIF is from dataflows, if I'm not mistaken. I can confirm there is no issue with Power Query Online.

Thanks for clarifying! The bug was opened against the wrong product. Yes, definitely an issue, and we are working on a fix.
