Power BI will not display visuals to view

All the different data windows show that it cannot display visuals and it tells us to try again. We have had this problem since last week, where we have not been able to view anything to print out our weekly sales.

Hi @Shoppergirl70 

It happened in Service or Desktop ? Can you refresh your data normally in Desktop ? If it is normally in Desktop , you need to check gateway and the configuration of data source in Service . These are based on the account that you are the creator of the report or that you are an administrator. 

If you are just a regular user, you also need to check your license and report access.
