only my company get this, i tried logging in with other company mail and it worked

You may clear your cookies & browser cache, Or press Ctrl +F5 to refresh browser page to test again.You may also try to use other browsers, like Google, IE etc. see : Supported browsers for Power BI.

and this issue could happen when there are some firewall/proxy network issues. Please try loading it on a different machine and see if it works

@v-lili6-msft  i tried on a different machine on same network and it didn't load

i tried on a different network and it worked

i think it a firewall/proxy network issue, thank you for answering
