Power BI semantic model account sign in for every pivot table and update

When connecting to a Power BI dataset in Excel and using this connection in mulitple pivot tables I need to sign into my Microsoft account for every pivot individually. Also when opening the excel file the process repeats and I can only view the excel file after signing in for every single pivot connection. Same story for changing the content of the table (add or remove a measure) the popup appears and I need to sign in again.
