Power BI not pulling data from a SharePoint column

I have a ton of data organized through sharepoint that all exports to power BI except for one column of it. The column title is present with names to organize, but it is inserted with blank entries. The column and entries export without a problem straight to excel. No other columns have an issue like this.

But here is it shown exported to excel with no problem...    (entries covered for privacy due to it being names)

Could this be a Power BI issue that I can resolve (or sharepoint)? I acknowledge that it could be an issue with the source of the data.

Hi @lindseysharber 

Is this problem you're having with PBI Desktop or PBI Service? The field that's not showing up, what's the approximate number of bits of bytes in it? Are there any special symbols or marks?

It is not the desktop version (that actually also loads the data like excel). It is the online browser that does not load it. Honestly no clue how to know number of bits of bytes, but there are no special characters.

Hi @lindseysharber 

And in what way are you loading the data into the Service? If you load the data to PBI Desktop first and then upload this report to PBI Service, will there be any issues with the fields not showing up?
