Power BI do not showing gateways and work areas. This elements were created and configurated previously and contains reports that users can´t view. The gateways and work areas were deleted? Power BI deleted this elements?

Not sure which issue you mean on Power BI service. Please test again. If the issue persists, please share some screenshots to clarify the issue.
