We are connecting On-Premisis SQL Database , use query to create the DataFlow.
It has been refreshing successfully without fail, here is the refresh history.
Today, after refreshing on-demand. it is failing many times, we are getting internal error. Please let us know how this issue will be resolved. Thank you in advance.

May I know whether this issue still exist? If you edit your dataflow, will you see any warning or error in its applied steps section? And if your refresh from the edit mode, will you see any further error message? Recently, did you make any change to this dataflow?
