Power BI accessing ODBC Connection is returning read write error

Attempting to refresh a working Power BI report, I am now getting an error with one of the tables.  I'm connecting directly to the table through the ODBC connector.  I have one table that will refresh without an error and the second one returns this error.  I can't refresh the data in my report.  Below is the error report.  I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise updated and restarted with the same issue repeating.  Please advise.  It looks very similar to the Excel Power Query issue referenced here:
