Power BI| Microsoft 365 usage analytics - data is not refreshing/updating in the report

Hi Everyone,

I had installed a Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics app in PowerBI 5-6 months ago. Also scheduled Microsoft 365 usage analytics - data refresh is set as daily refresh but still, it is showing data till December 2020. it is not reflecting data from 2021.

Can anyone help me with this?

There is a similar issue that had been fixed in new version "Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics", reinstall the app from AppSource. 

Make sure the version is 13 now.
