Power BI - Integrated Insights - Portfolio is not populating

Hello,

My Power BI - Integrated Insights is not populating and my CPU fan is running pretty fast and constant. I have tried restarting and even a shut down with no impact to Power BI. See the two screenshots below. 

I only have the Power BI Integrated Insight open in Edge, Teams, Outlook and Excel and this is what is going on. No updates are pending for Windows.
