Power BI Germany - Reports not fully loading/stuck at "almost done"

Update: This issue is gone by now.

Hi,

currently all of my Reports online in Power BI Service (no live reports) are stuck with "almost done" when trying to open them. This impacts everyone at my Site in Germany trying to open them.

Also Email Subscriptions also don't show proper Screenshots, just "almost done".

Update: This only seems to impact Reports & Apps published with our company's premium capacity.
