Power BI Desktop not working - WebView2 issue

Hi,
Lately we had random WebView2 issues causing PBI Desktop to close.
From 17th of May - PBI Desktop is not working.

Load of an empty PBI Desktop file is taking to much memory >>11 GB of RAM.

We already tried reinstallation of PBI Desktop.
Our machines are using Windows 11.
How to deal with this issue?

Hi @KatarinaV ,

he Power BI app for Windows requires that WebView2 be installed on your computer to correctly display Power BI content. If your Windows operating system version is at least the minimum required version, the chances are that WebView2 is installed and Power BI content will display correctly.

I'm tired of receiving links to MS documentation, instead of meaninful explanation on more than concret and precise question. Once again MS support shows incomentency and furthermore not admiting that Power BI desktop had enormous bugs in previous versions ( from March 2023 on). Now it is working - but is question of time when next unexpected hiccup happens.
