Hi @omrex 

Did you connect to odbc for FileMaker database before ? It happened in Service or Desktop ? Can you explain the connection steps in detail ?

Hi Alisa,

I use FileMaker 13 database. The issue happened in Desktop.

I first installed ODBC Client Drive installer for my FileMaker 13 for 64 bytes. 
I then when to ODBC Data Source Administrator to install a User DSN where I imputed the credentials of the FileMaker13 server IP address at which I tested and it was successfull.
I now went to the Power BI Destop to connect to the FileMaker 13 database using the get source and connecting via ODBC. I put in my FileMaker credentials and after a few seconds the error message pops up. The error message is what i have pasted in my previous message.
