Power BI App Workspace Crashing

Hi,

I have an app workspace on a Premium Capacity and when I publish it, it works for me and crashes on members machines. Is this a RAM issue as I have an i7 64 bit OS with 16GB of RAM and they have 4GB Ram on a 32 bit OS. Or this could be a cloud issue?
