Please make column chart conditional formatting as easy as waterfall chart and line chart

Use Case:

Need to keep bar colour red when Year on Year pecentage increase is positive and green when it is negative.Very easy to achieve thin with line chart and waterfall chart but with column chart it is frustrating so far.Need help!!
