Personal gateway installation hangs

I've tried installing personal gateway several times, but it always hangs in the halfway point and stays there. Looking at the logs, it gives these two errors at the end of the file:

MSI (s) (E0:7C) [09:21:50:167]: Note: 1: 2228 2: 3: Error 4: SELECT `Message` FROM `Error` WHERE `Error` = 1709
MSI (s) (E0:7C) [09:21:50:167]: Product: PowerBiGatewayComponents -- Installation failed. 

I can't uninstall, since it doesn't show up in the programs. I've deleted everything after the failed installation from app data from my account.

Any ideas?

Please try to remove personal gateway completely as this thread said, especially the registry keys. Then try to perform a clean install of personal gateway.
