Personal bookmarks are colapsing table details after report update is published

We have hundreds of users, and many of them create their own personal bookmarks for ease of use.  We have found, however, that when we publish an updated version of a report people are finding that their bookmarks result in the table details being collapsed rather than expanded.  This is not due the the report default.  It is just when they go to their existing bookmarks.  This needs to be fixed as it causes unnessary rework for users to expand the details and resave their bookmarks anytime an update/fix is published.

I could not reproduce this issue.  Could you show some screenshot about the collapsed bookmarks?

Here is an example shared by one of our users:

@v-yuta-msft   Little further details. The visual is actually a matrix, and it's only collapsing the matrix on the report page that was actively visible when the bookmark was created.  The matrix on other report pages remain expanded.

@v-yuta-msft  are you able to see the issue that I'm reporting?

@v-yuta-msft   This specific report has 100+ unique users, and most of them have created personal bookmarks.  This issue is a major annoyance for our users, and it's causing much confusion as they think we have removed columns from the matrix with the update.

@Anonymous ,

I'm afraid I still couldn't reproduce this issue. The matrix column will not collapse on my side when I add server rows/records in the data source and the bookmark works well.

Have you modify the column headers or delete rows in the data source?

@v-yuta-msft   We are making changes to the report and publishing from the desktop.  Is that what you did to recreate?  And are you checking from a personal bookmark?  It doesn't change the overall default report, just the view of the report from a saved personal bookmark.

The last set of changes we did included a few added filters, an added column in details, changed a visual, and some data model changes.
