Persistent cannot load model error - need to force close Power BI

Hi,

We often seem to get a "Cannot load model" error in Power BI Desktop which is impossible to get rid of - you need to open the Task Manager and force close the whole application (potentially losing work etc.).

Any thoughts?

I got information that "It is a known issue but solving this is a lower priority for the team. We do not have an ETA when this would be fixed.".
