Persistent Filter Lowering Max Value On User Selected What If Parameter

Hi All,

I'm running into an issue in the Power BI Service with 'What If Parameters'. If the user enters a number other than the default setting and then navigates away from the report, when they come back to the report, the number they entered is now the max value for the 'What If Parameter' range. The user can lower the number but must 'Reset to Default' if they want to enter a number higher than the one previously selected. 

% Selection = GENERATESERIES(0, 100, 1)

% Selection Value = SELECTEDVALUE('% Selection'[% Selection])/100

Any insight would be much appreciated!

Additional Information:

If I select 'Show Data' for the slicer visual in the Power BI Service, the Slider works as expected. However, the numerical input field is still capped at the previously selected value.
