PDF Export wrong page size

Hello,

 

i have trouble with the pdf export. My page is set up in standard 16:9. However, the export always makes 4:3 and half of the content is therefore missing in the PDF. The problem only exists on my PC. If I export the page to another computer, it is correct. What could be the problem here? Thank you for your advice.

@Anonymous  Unfortunately, my Power BI now always crashes when the PDF is to be created. What can I do here?
