PBI Service Get Data from File Broken

 Get Data seems to be broken. Get Data -> Files doesn't allow me to choose a file to upload. This happens on all workspaces, even where I am an admin.

1. Have you tried in different browsers? 

2. Please type "Local File" in search box to see if the Local File option display. 

3. Which Power BI region do you belong to? You can find it from:

1. Here is what I found in the following browsers:
   1. Firefox 57.0 (64-bit): No issue
   2. Internet Explorer 11.228.17134.0: No Issue
   3. Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0: No Issue
   4. Google Chrome 68.0.3440.106: Issue
   5. Google Chrome 69.0.3497.92: Issue
2. The search box does not pull up "Local File"
3. North Central US (Illinois)

Please update Chrome browser to the latest version then test again.
