PBI Service - Cannot export underlying data

Hi there,

I have a very standard report in the PBI service - and I need clients to be able to export the underlying data. However they keep getting the error below - 2nd image) and so do I. 

The report is not extremely large. I have scoured help and tried every suggestion but still no luck. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Also please check if you enable the export underlying data for the report:

Hi Qiuyun Yu,

Thanks very much for the feedback. I can confirm that:

- Our report does not hit any limitation listed

- I have the option for underlying data export enabled

It is still not working.

Could there be any other reason? We have numerous report in the workspaces, and can export underlying data from most of them. There are only 2 that exhibit this behaviour:

I would suggest you create a support ticket to let engineers look into the issue on your side.
