On-Premise Datagateway cannot refreshed some report

Hi 

I built a new on-premise datagateway with all datasource as same as old one but there is one report that cannot be refreshed.
Error as below
When I use old gateway everything is OK.

According to the error message, it seems to be a timed-out issue. I think you should check if you have met the refresh time limitation of Power BI:

If you want to get a solution for this kind of refresh problem as soon as possible, I suggest you to open a support ticket to get direct help from the technical support team of Microsoft.
