Oauth2 authentication unavailable - Microsoft Project Online app

When trying to connect to the Microsoft Project Online app, Oauth2 authentication is unavailable. How do I make it available?

It looks like the issue related to specific Power BI cluster. I would suggest you create a support ticket to get support.
