Not accessible duplicate reports in workspace.

What can be the reason of the duplicate names of some reports are shown for specific user in the user workspace REPORTS menu, the other users are not faced with this issue. Please advise. Thanks.

Some suggestions:

1. Use another browser.

2. Clear the cache of the browser.
