Not able to publish or refresh some reports

I manually refresh the data every week using my personal gateway. For some reports, the "refresh now" isn't doing anything. When I open the refresh history, it only displays the last week's refresh date time but not the current. I am not even getting any error messages.

Alternatively I refreshed the dashboard using Power BI desktop and tried to publish the file. Now the dashboard is publishing for the past 20 mins and still not completed which usually takes less than a minute.

There was a known issue for refresh and it should has been fixed according to the support site information. Could you please try again?
